simply upload the avatar on a free imagehost (imageshack.us / photobucket.com) login to your forum control panel and then edit profile/ avatar. upload the avatar and that’s it.

to use it on this website:
go to gravatar.com signup and upload your avatar. everytime you sign in to comment/ reply at retzwerx, use the email you used to sign up (gravatar).
