Joey de Leon accuses Wowowee of rigging their Games?

“Huwag mong hintayin na mawala respeto ko.” tearful Wowowee host Willie Revillame as he commented on Joey de Leon’s August 29 Manila Bulletin column Transfer-Mers @ “De Leon’s Den“.

Joey de Leon’s column reads: “Alam nyo, may art din yung pagsundot at patama. But naturally, all these are ‘tuksuhan lang.’ Tayong lahat ay may mga pinagsamahan. Magkikita at maaring magkasama rin tayo balang araw. Kaya, walang pikunan. Paliwanagan lang. Biruan lang. Teasing is not bad. Cheating is….. on TV!” This was on the latter part of the column, where he was all the while talking about Angel Locsin and celebrities AND shows transferring to another station.
“Pasaring ika nga”

Although Joey de Leon didn’t mention any names, show nor any circumstantial evidence that he is directly implicating a certain person/ show. Evidently, as a member of what Willie describes as “Institusyon” Tito,Vic and Joey, 28 years of Eat Bulaga, you can never go wrong that Joey de Leon is blabbing about their number one competitor WOWOWEE.
Alangan naman Kokey, darleng panggabi yon at di noontime show!

Maybe, just maybe that Joey de Leon is trying to raise the issue that Wowowee rigged their August 20 episode of their newest game Wilynaryo.

Hmm pasaring, patamaan and sundutan aside, sana lang kaya niyang panindigan at ulitin sa mukha ng kanyang pinasasaringan pagdating ng panahon na sila’y magkita’t magkaharap. Baka naman BALAKUBAK (Nuts Entertainment’s Balita at Kwentong Bakla) lang yan.

Ahh, Philippines, Paradise of Intrigues and scandal… I looove it!

Dapat talaga si willy mag explain na sa mga manonood kung bakit nagkaganun hindi sapat na yung management lang ang mag salita para matapos na yan.Wag mo na ulitin pang umiyak sa harapan ng manonood ha? kulang sa convincing power eh.At please lang Mr.Joey De leon pakitikom na kase yang bibig mo lahat nalang kase may komento ka lalung lalo na pag mga shows at artists ng abs ang involve eh, bakit kaya di mo rin punahin ang mga talentless stars ng kapuso network mo? hehehe Tutal naman 28 yrs na yang show niyo at number 1 parin DAW kayo eh wag ka ng magpatutsada.Ang galing mong mang asar ng iba pero pikon ka rin naman pag natira ka rin.Peace!!

may grudge lang talaga sina joey at vic kay willie revillame. it all started nang nagsisimula pa lang si willie. magkakasama sila sa isang pelikula noon, sila nila “don pepot, joey, vic at willie”.

to make the story short, hindi nagustuhan nila joey at vic ang tinuran ni willie kay don pepot. sabi ni willie kay don pepot, “alam mo kahit kailan, hindi ako natawa sa mga jokes mo.”

nainis ang tatlo kay willie, sina joey, vic at don pepot. sabi daw nung 2 (joey at vic), “nagsisimula pa lang e, ganyan n kayabang, pano pa kung sikat na?”

kaya until now, inis daw talaga si joey kay willie.

but obviously, may personal interest rin talaga sa side ni joey kung bakit sya nagappasaring.

anyways, i would like to commend last saturday’s very touching and timely episode.

indeed, we civilians pay our taxes with money but our soldiers repay them with their lives.

Obvoius na obvious na wala kayong mga ginagawa eh…magtrabaho nalang kayo…para naman umasenso ang bansang pilipinas no…

Hello Cole,

I cannot be entirely sure that I was the one you were addressing to your post, but since you post was directly after mine (Yes, I would “patol”, primarily because it would be more of a “personal attack” rather than on the issue itself)…

Like I said, I do not complete agree with all the detraction from either side, meaning I was pertaning to both.

Also, as I have stated, I was not defending Joey - at all (it might have sounded like that, but that was not entirely my aim). I was merely stating that it was unprofessional of them to take their personal fights in public (that goes for both).

Finally, as I have (again) stated, although it was a bad publicity, it was still publicity, and I believe that both networks were using this “word war”, as they say it, for their own advantages.

But I guess that is how showbiz works. (And no, I haven’t participated, nor have I any intention participating at any gameshow).
